Order Cancellation Policy

At Laayali, all orders are prepared individually and processed automatically by our logistics team.

To ensure fast dispatch and accurate stock allocation, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been confirmed, even if they have not yet been shipped.

Return

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, without perfume scents, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right, maximum 24h after the reception.

Exceptions / non-returnable items


Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Returns & Associated Costs

Returns are at the customer’s expense.

To initiate a return, please contact us at laayali.official@gmail.com and we will provide the return address. Returns must be requested and shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.

All return-related costs, including shipping fees and any potential customs duties, must be covered by the customer. As Laayali is based in the Middle East, such fees may apply depending on your country of residence.

Please ensure your return is sent using tracked delivery, and notify us once shipped by providing the tracking information. Store credit will be issued only once the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, you will receive a store credit for the full amount paid.
